Divine and Company Jewelry (Est. 1955) According to the Divine and Company’s official website, “Divine is a 100% family owned-and-operated establishment that has been passed down from father to son to grandsons.”
Each engagement ring and wedding band in the Divine collections are handcrafted by a design team located in the House’s studios in New York. Every step of production from the artist’s sketches to the final finished product is a creation completed with utmost care and the highest standards. From fine quality diamonds to engraving and millwork, unimpeachable attention is paid to every detail.
The official website goes on to say, “We care about the details and the quality of our designs, knowing that our rings are a symbol of love and devotion. Ever since our doors opened in 1955, we have obsessed over filigree, shanks, and the 4Cs [on] our voyage to becom[ing] the best in [the] industry. From design to creation, we are devoted to our customers.”
The Divine creation process is in-house from start to finish. Two brothers, opposite in nature, but aligned in passion own and operate the company. Each examines every creation and every stage of the process must pass their inspection from design to finishing touches. Every line and curve must be just right.
Divine is especially known for its timeless diamond engagement ring styles. A typically elegant example is a band that features narrow, high polished rails to either side of the side diamonds. The crown flows out of the band to form a secure claw prong setting around the center stone, while sitting up high enough to easily fit with a wedding band.
Divine’s engagement rings merge contemporary style with old world flair, bringing together a unique look touted by the brand, “ to last a lifetime!”
As if to prove and validate their claims, the brand’s motto is, “Perfection is an obsession.”
In addition to its place in the jewelry world, Divine supports many non-profit organizations. The firm’s first interest is helping the world’s children. It donates to charities that include St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and ChildFund International to help give children better futures and healthy lives!
