La Nouvelle Bague

La Nouvelle Bague (Est. 1976) was founded in Florence, Italy in 1976 by Leopoldo Poli who was inspired by the world around him. He interpolated the sights, sounds, smells, and tastes he experienced living in Florence as well as from his global travels into his creations. He was also heavily influenced by iconic Tuscan architecture. He saw jewels as an art form, similar to a painting or a work of literature that could speak a universal language and evoke intense emotion.

Using enameling, every Nouvelle Bague collection is part of a long Florentine tradition that uses exceptionally creative color combinations. Combining the technique with precious metals and stones, Poli created what would become the brand’s trademark.
