Elizabeth Kimball de Albuquerque Poor is a Brazilian artist who works in both Rio and London. Commonly known as Kim Poor, she studied fine arts at Parsons School of Design in New York City, New York and at Skidmore College upstate. While upstate she created a new painting technique for ground glass on steel. Her painting style, Diaphanism, involves using powdered glass fused on steel.
